It is our endeavour to keep the environment clean by implementing the following guidelines:

Air environment

There will not be any significant incremental rise of SPM and other gaseous pollutants concentrations in the ambient sir due to the proposed work. Therefore it can be concluded that the net increase in air pollutants will be nominal.

Water environment
Water management

Various water saving measures e.g. Swab as floor wash, stoppage or toilet during certain hours, are suggested to be implemented, particularly during summer season. Steps shall be taken to stop unsafe water usage and plug all sort of leakages and higher consumption.

Effluent Water

The treated effluent shall be used for floor washing and in land irrigation of green belt.

Land environment

The soil of the study area will not be affected by the unit’s activities. Wheat, oil seeds, maize and all vegetables are cultivated. For the proposed unit very small piece of land is required. So land use pattern will not change. The levels of gaseous emission from the unit’s activities will be negligible and the proposed work is also not going to increase the pollution load.

Solid Waste generation

The ETP sludge 1000-1500 gm/day & Bag filter dust 1-kg shall be stored in identified place after drying in leak proof containers.

Noise environment

Any industrial operation in the plant will produce objectionable level of noise, which may not be practicable to eliminate entirely but in most areas it can be brought down to the acceptable level. The major noise generating areas will be DG set operations and from other plant machinery. However, most of the impact will be localized and will not cause any significant impact on the ambient noise level. The workers in the unit are not expected to be exposed to high noise level above 90db(A) for 8 hours.
